Homemade Pizza

We decided to have something different for the Mid-Autumn Festival this year, instead of traditional Chinese food, Panda tried his first Pizza using the LC's Buffet which we ordered from Amazon Italy.

期待已久的同事home gathering, 終於在今年的額外假期搞成 :) Panda第一次試整 "龍蝦多米" (Lobster Thermidor)，用了波士頓龍蝦，因要起肉、整Holander sauce, 功夫多，但是一個幾好的嘗試。 ［號外：我第一次近距離接觸生龍蝦，當協助Panda同d龍蝦放尿時，d龍蝦猛掙扎，我－－－當然是Wee-Wa-鬼叫啦, 好刺激呀！］

用Miele蒸了一底飯, 朋友都讚好! 好有飯堂Canteen feel呀!

Miele蒸飯之初嘗試

蒸爐入住了差不多一星期，首先要感謝老爺和馬師傅的幫忙, 弄好電線, 讓蒸爐可以安放在一個最方便的位置。 終於試了蒸飯, 雖然大熱天時食臘味唔襯，但Panda將鍋飯的賣相搞到咁靚，未食已很開心❤
